As the founder and lead consultant at Diversity Red Digital, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my mixed background of German and Congolese heritage. Growing up navigating between two distinct cultures has given me a deep appreciation for diversity and a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
My passion for creating inclusive environments led me to pursue a Master’s in Media and Communication Management and a Bachelor’s in Intercultural Studies. These academic experiences provided me with a solid foundation in understanding the complex dynamics of communication across cultures and the impact of media on shaping perceptions.

As a researcher, I have made significant contributions to the field of diversity and inclusion. My Master’s thesis on “Interculturality: between real diversity and fake stereotypes – a comparative content analysis of corporate content communication around the world” has been recognised and has led to a few conference publications. This work has not only deepened my understanding of the subtle ways in which bias can manifest but has also strengthened my resolve to combat stereotypes and nurture diversity by promoting authentic representation.Goal
